BodeGAGA

Turning a classic NYC bodega into a full-scale Gaga experience.

During Lady Gaga’s three-night run at Climate Pledge Arena, we brought a slice of New York to Seattle, transforming a classic corner store into an unforgettable pop experience. “BodeGAGA” reimagined the familiar bodega through Gaga’s surreal lens, complete with a reclaimed 12-foot awning, layers of graffiti-style tags, hidden branding details, and hundreds of fresh flowers. The result was a space that blended grit and glamour, a love letter to her NYC roots and a celebration of the art of transformation.

  • Creating a fan experience with hundreds of hidden details only her little monsters would appreciate.

  • Climate Pledge came to us with three words, “corner store, chop cheese, and flowers.” From that spark, BodeGAGA was born. Our team designed, fabricated, and installed the pop-up, transforming a classic NYC bodega into a full-scale art experience for Lady Gaga’s week of shows in Seattle.

  • Working with Climate Pledge Arena, we built an 18-foot archway inspired by a classic NYC bodega storefront. Visitors entered beneath flickering lights and past overflowing flower stands, stepping into a fully transformed café serving chef-crafted, New York–style bodega fare.

Behind The Build
