LinkedIn San Francisco
Perched 13 stories above downtown San Francisco, this new LinkedIn amenity floor was designed as a space for collaboration, creativity, and connection. Anchored by the concept of a “Common Thread,” the environment celebrates community and belonging, values that define LinkedIn’s culture.
The design comes to life through custom ERG logos, branded café signage, original artwork crafted in our studio, large-scale graphic walls, and a mural by a local Bay Area artist. Every detail, from materials to storytelling elements, is woven together to reflect the shared purpose that unites LinkedIn’s global community.
-
Balancing brand expression with function, we infused the space with color, vibrancy, and warmth, creating a “Common Thread” that ties together the LinkedIn community.
-
We brought in a local Bay Area artist to paint a custom mural for the space. We even hosted a screen-print workshop and used LinkedIn employees to create an art piece.
-
Every detail felt rooted in the community, both local to the region and also for LinkedIn’s workplace community. We even turned their ERG logos into an installation as you enter the floor.

Common Grounds
A custom café creating the grounds for good connection, great coffee, and even better conversation.
From concept to creation, mock-up to mocha.
ERG Logos
Uniquely designed ‘Employee Resource Group’ logos come together in a single banner at the floor’s entrance, welcoming everyone into the space.
Many Hands, ONE Outcome
We led a hands-on screen printing workshop for LinkedIn's "InDay", which culminated in a large-scale, team-built artwork.
Locally inspired art, materials, and graphics root each space in its community, creating an environment that feels both authentic and connected.
